However, when we do move it, the wheels and/or their fitting to the frame not robust enough to take the weight of clothes hung of the rail and so tend to twist and sometimes fall off. The frame then has to be lifted to push the detached wheel back in place."

Quick and easy to put together, the wheels need a hefty shove to lock them into place but that is no bad thing.
